Recruitment Schools are geared toward VNRs of Recruitment, recruitment committees, alumni who are involved in the chapter’s recruitment efforts, or any member who is interested in helping their chapter with recruiting their next leaders. Chapter Advisers and Housemothers/House Directors are encouraged to attend.
The Fraternity continues to partner with Phired Up Productions, a company specializing in the recruitment and growth of fraternities, to conduct a hands-on workshop to improve and refine the way chapters are recruiting prospective new members. Utilizing best practices from other Greek organizations as well as AGR’s eligibility requirements, Phired Up takes attendees from start to finish on how to approach prospective new members through recruitment events, address any potential concerns and successfully extend bids for membership. Attendees walk away with a recruitment plan of action, including goals, to recruit quality new members.
